Gingerbread • Spiced gingerbread, rich with molasses and a kick of fresh ginger, layered with caramel buttercream.

Hazelnut • Roasted hazelnut cake with a center filling of frangelico ganache and layers of orange buttercream

Chocolate Candy Cane • Dark chocolate cake filled with peppermint buttercream and crushed candy canes

Cranberry • Vanilla cake studded with chopped fresh cranberries, iced with vanilla buttercream

Winter Triple Citrus • A refreshing finale, lemon cake with layers of lime curd and orange buttercream

Chocolate and Chile • Dark chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate buttercream laced with chile and cinnamon

Sweet and Salty Little Turtle • Rich chocolate cake layered with cloud like caramel buttercream, fleur de sel and roasted pecans (can also be made nut free)

Almond Rosewater • Tender cake flecked with golden almonds, a pinch of cardamom and layers of light rosewater buttercream

The Classics • Vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream, or dsark chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream

All cakes are four layers, decorated with piped buttercream borders, and finished with pearl-like embellishments that come in a range of color options, and if you’d like, your choice of inscription.
